Mark Newton who works for them was one of the first to publicly speak out about this and is the one the honourable senator tried to silence ina way completely innappropriate for a so called advanced western democracy.

Did you actually read why iiNet are participating in the trial? They are in it so they can prove it's a crock of excrement and that it simply won't work.

My ISP is Optus... sure, they may be participating to prove it isn't workable, but we'll all be paying our usual monthly fee and getting sub-standard service in the meantime. :
