Bemboka pies are the best in Oz. I agree that other pies have gone downhill fast. The other things that has gone downhill is our government. Say no more.

I noticed that bundy UDLs' decreased in alcohol content, they were 1.6 standard drinks, and now they're 1.5.

The think i find sad is that with all the decrease in quality of food outlets, there seems to be a proportionate increase in (childhood) obesity(sp?).

Here's another one - MILKSHAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The crap you get served now is a gelatenous glug of oversweetened mucus. Nothing like the fresh and frothy goodness you used to get, even from the corner take-away! Just doesn't happen any more :(

I'm 19 and I feel like such an old fogey saying this, but nonetheless - one thing that has gone down over time, even in just my lifetime, is SERVICE!

Why does nobody do a decent, honest job anymore?

It seems like you just pay your money (which keeps rising too), get the job done really half-assed, get your stuff and get out to make room for the next one.

Half my motivation behind starting a business of my own is because of that - Im so tired of paying good money (and a lot of it) and getting not much in return.

Lol billy carts. I remember f**kn up a few of them. Rolled them, bent axles, completely destroyed lol. Lets just say when your goin down a huge hill, then steering fails pointn you towards a fence, the wheels get caught inbetween one of those fences where then the axle bends extremely and i proceed to roll down the hill many of times still strapped in lol so the cart went for a roll too.

Lol bits and pieces everywhere i was just lucky to escape in one piece cause it was pretty fast.

Another time i was getting towed down a hill (lol crazy i know) where the rope snapped approaching a corner. Straight into a gutter where then i flipped many times again.

... and along the lines of billy karts, how about skateboards! Those tiny wheeled, front-and-rear kick decks now are just SILLY. Give me an OLD-SKOOL wideass Powell board with BIG roach wheels, NSK bearings, and no friggen kick on the nose! Ah those were the days, when Tony Hawk was totally unknown by everyone except those who knew the Bones Brigade. You damn kids now have no idea etc. etc. !!!!!!

/me awaits someone to jump in and start reminiscing on the OLD old skool skinny 80's boards!!

yet you have a pic of a BA in your avatar. its full of european styling.

i think instead of new sitcoms they should just digitally remaster old ones like full house, step by step, family matters, family ties and alf (they were all sitcoms werent they? coms at least.

how was friends ever supposed to compete with those? didnt have a chance.

and what about those skateboards with the wings? they had wheels on them for cornering i think?

Hate to break it to you, but Falcon and Commodore have been styled on European cars for the past couple of decades.. in fact, up until the VE comes out.. Commodore IS a European car, with a different driveline *cough* Opel Omega *cough*

And calling European styling gay? :

I was reffering more to the likes of the Renault Megane etc. The cars that advertise Euro design as a feature. While the BA does contain Euro styling cues, it was still designed specifically for the Australian market. I'm talking cars with weird-**** angles and odd shaped lights etc. (me hides from AU owners)

the AU was based on the New Edge design which was designed by ford, so that makes it American styling...

Noisy little rattle boxes that run off bratwurst & boiled cabbage, that dont have romm to swing even a shortened cat.

Handling that exceeds the horsepower? How gay is that? Only the german sense of excitement or some manic frenchman could come up with such a silly concept. If it always goes where you point it first time? Well wheres the skill in that?

If Falcon is so Euro, then why do Cab Drivers feel the need to accessorise?
