Default Coupe landau LTD bits needed!

Hi guys, Just back from Europe so had a play with the Landfill and found a couple of bits that I need to get. Has anyone got one or two of the rear side quarter parking light lenses? I have several off other coupes but the lenses are wrong. I don't need the backing part, nor the chrome curved surrounds but happy to take if needed.
Also happy to swap the ones I have if someone needs them! From what I can see, the Landau ones are more curved and have a different looking red/yellow reflector.
1x P5 LTD bonnet and bootlid, I don't need the chrome trims/badges necessarily and preferrably in Sydney due to transport!
1x XA type tank, i.e. with no breather pipes, if someone has one lying around!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers, Jamie

Default XC ignition module

Hi all, would anyone know where I can get either a new ignition module for a v8 XC/ZH or the old one repaired.
I would like to try and keep all of the standard ignition system.
Cheers Tony

Hey Les, if you go to the website xasuperbird.com there is a decent example of the glove box decal on the home page - might pay to check with Ben (website designer - you can reach him through admin contact) where he got image from and if he modified it at all - I dont think he has but would pay to check just in case.

Might be easier to get one of the glove box decals yourself, they are about $25 from memory, the decal kits floating around these days use an enlarged version of the glove box decal for the rear quarter decal which isn't quite right.

There was an origional set on ebay half a year or so ago, not sure if it sold as I thought at the time he was asking too much for it - $400 from memory

Cheers, Cheyne

P.S. If anyone does happen to have a set of NOS Superbird decals I too would be interested in purchase... may have a better chance with rocking horse poo though.....

Hi Steve, they are made of fibreglass - in comparison to the origional's they are slightly stronger by use of a higher strength resin.

Jamie

The Landau ones are the same as ZG Fairlane. ZH Fairlane fit but are not the same. ZH Fairlane is, incidently, the same as XC Coupe.

I know you have both there to compare but i thought the Fairlane ones ZG were flatter. I bought a set ages ago from Ebay and they werent the same as the Landau's fatter, curved ones.

not an overly popular item anymore, but I just aquired a pair of 15x7 hotwire mags. anyone running 15x10s on the rear and 14's on the front and want to upgrade the 14's?

Also re: the superbird decals, i've got a pair here the same size as the ones that go on the rear quarters, not sure if they're NOS or have been made up later. They're black. I've had them sitting on a shelf for 5 or 6yrs, they're not really much use to me. I'll dig them out later and get some pics. My wife is cleaning the carpets atm so everythings been moved..

and the numbers stamped on the back:

because of their age I wouldn't try putting them on a car, but I'm thinking about taking them to a signwriter or similar, and getting new ones made.
Can you buy repro ones of these decals? Probably not worth the effort of me doing anything with these if you can..
They look like the real thing to me, I measured them at 487x100mm. Does thats ound about right?
Where abouts are you in NZ Cheyne?
