Look out for a champ car game coming out later this year ;) the physics and gameplay are going to be some of the most realistic out there ( real champ car drivers working with developer to ensure realism)
Hopefully the GT Legends mod comes out for GTR2 soon. One thing that stops GTL from being great is the ability to make your own seasons and being able to race in the wet. Each car has a distinctly different feel and has to be driven differently to get the most out of it. Plenty of addon tracks too, but when it's finally released on GTR2, ohh baby.

Flatout 2. After you've finished with that give your vid card a workout with Supreme Commander (not driving but similar to Starcraft). I'm not sure if it's out here yet but I've had a play around with the demo. The graphics are awesome.

V8 Challenge is awesome. Its uses the AU and VX models but its still a hell of alot better then any of the V8 supercars games! skins are also available for this game.

It's widely known in the sim racing community but mostly as a joke and it's almost April 1st when the old joke will get dragged out again about how a demo has just been released or the sim has just been released.

Looked like it had a lot of potential once but it's the Duke Nukem Forever of motor sims. I stopped monitoring that website around 2003.
