Isn't the new Circuit proposed to be quite near the current Airport?

If the Drag Complex people were smart they would try and jump onboard the Circuit thing, that man seems to know how to get things done..

The governments already said they won't fund it as they want the F1GP to stay at Albert Park.

I'm sick of all the talk anyway, there have been how many proposed drag strips in Vic over the past few years, and they never go anywhere. Just face it, until BJ dies and some one takes over Calder, drag racing down here is going nowhere.

I love the albert park track, but Australia really needs a new F1 Quality circuit.

We need something in the east as well.........One of the reasons I'm not a regular at Calder is because it's just too ^&*%*^! far !!!!!!!

Would be awesome if they planned for 1/4 mile racing and Cruise nights at Sandown Park Raceway..........

Agreed, coming down from the Latrobe Valley makes a night out at Calder a stretch..

Sandown would have been great, but once again, would have..
