So if the worst people can say about him is...hes arrogant, well i think he stands up pretty well compared to some other sports celebs we have.

Also when the chips were down he taught Danny Green a boxing lesson.
The man can box.

It is all about the dollars.

By your logic, just measure the arms and theres your winner?

Hattons arms were as long as when he beat 43 other opponents....

reach is good, but not the be all and end all. Hearns had the reach, Hagler had the heart, and leonard had the skills. Leonard wins.

plus never stopped tyson,

until he lost the plot that is

P.S. I'd like to like mundine, sure he is a good boxer, but at the end of the day he isn't as good as he thinks coz he doesn't fight anyone truly world class and when he does he gets beaten, even in his own back yard.

I never said its a forgone conclusion, but it is relevant here. If you havent got reach, you better know how to 'box' and be effective close. Hatton brawls, and against a 'boxer', reach is going to hurt him.

Against Mayweather, 18cm is huge, thats nearly your forearm. He just kept picking him off with hand speed, and holding when in close which is where Hatton needs to be. Mayweathers hand speed and technique make that reach seem more than the 18cm it was.

If it wasnt relevant at all, it wouldnt be mentioned as a stat.

Tyson could box, Cus D'Amato made sure of that. And it did matter against Douglas.
