Man of the match? Well initially I couldn't decide between Graham West, Steve Carrall and Steve Chiddy, but you simply could not go past Paul Simpkins. Scoring 16 points for the Maroons, his attacking prowess was breathtaking, and defence he was like a brick wall, denying the Blues of 6 points, for an astonishing effective game total of 22 points! Top work Paul, seriously good stuff! :

Yup we know what Paul backed on his footy tab!!! I dont think he was going to penalise Webb, unless Webb produced a firearm.

mmmmm

Yep, i ran amuck. Ricky "damn im a poofter" Stuart and his little gay men lived up to my expectations. Not only did they prove they are the most overrated bunch of man wannabe's out there, they managed to score 2 tries from forward passes

It would have been a NSW victory if Bill Harrigan had have been ref...seems Paul Simpkins isnt on the payroll as yet. The blues will win game two, its the atmosphere and rampant visitors from Oxford St that will give NSW the edge at Aussie Stadium, but those god blessed Moroon's will take it out in the decider

they say everyone likes a winner, but yet again Sydney chicks defy logic and label me a ****er during my efforts to swoon tonight. How i'd kill for a XXXX
