Default Reality check - ir rule on sick days

I just heard the full brief on the industrial relations reform on sick leave.
Do they honestly believe that for "1" day off, a doctors certificate requirement is going to perge the people off taking these single days off.

I THINK NOT , years ago when i was an employee, a medical certificate was the easiest peice of paper to get from a doctor. I mean think about it!!

Whats the first thing a doctor ask's you when you walk in. "what seems to be the problem with you". i couldnt go to work this morning as i have a bad dose of diareer & vomiting . "take these tablets 4 times a day and i'll see you in two days" : ......

instead of 1 day off work , it will possibaly turn into 2 or more now!!!!!!!!11
