Saw him in Adelaide a few years ago ...

He was bloody terrible. And I'm a fan.

Won't be seeing him this time, wasted my money last time, not doing it again.

I saw him last year in New Zillund, and he was HILARIOUS. Gave the old stomach muscles quite a workout.

Sorry fellas to be the only one who's putting a damp squib on things but ...

even the mate of mine I was with said ol' Bill was just going through the motions on stage.

Oh yeah, this will give you an idea of how dull he was ... on the bar stool on stage, is a drink and get this, joke notes ! NOW, he admitted on stage that when he had the stool, he had prompt notes which, he said contained new jokes that he never had used; the clincher being:

"It was the first time on stage I've ever had to use them !" He held up the notes and showed everyone; you could just make out about five lines or so on them. The notes were brand new jokes, of which 'one' joke he proceeded to 'test run' on us in Adelaide, and he said TEST !

He explained the notes were only occasionally taken up on stage ... so imagine how the audience felt knowing this !

There was alot of forced laughter after that.

End of whinge.
