Default xw drivers side mirror

a question for the xw old school guys....is the mirror on a xwgt the same as a mustang...i just cant get my head around paying $350+ for a mirror .
the mustang ones are way cheaper.

The one's of the Gran Torino are almost identical and you can get a left and right one. I got one for the left side of my xw GT as some one before me put a xb style one on. The only difference is they are about 10mm longer but you will never pick that up.
