I agree with your comment as I sais it would be a very very small amount, but fact is, it is a different distance and will result in a different time.

Okay. Is the quarter mile exactly 1/4 mile? Is there standards on these things? I"m sure there would be, so just asking mainly.

cheers

Yes, 1320 ft exactly.

13.9 is great time for a stocker.
Another bloke up here has run a 13.9 stock in a BF turbo manual which I also thought was a great time. Admittedly, he has the extra gear but he also did it in the tropics.
I have the slip because I was in the other lane in my na auto BA xr6 at the time...

Thanks for the praise guys hopefully if clutch persists till wednesday I will run again : I modified my airbox and installed a K/N filter and reset the ECU...disconnected battery for 30mins and then took for a squirt on the freeway....should be interesting _2:

Anyways bare with the following post because Im putting down my times in detail

1st Pass

R/T=0.568
60'=2.066
330'=5.923
660'=9.118
mph=77.90
1000'=11.807
E/T=14.086
mph=98.84

2nd Pass

R/T=0.513
60'=2.318
330'=6.227(couldnt get into 3rd gear)
660'=9.696
mph=74.07
1000'=12.534
E/T=14.886
mph=96.33

3rd Pass

R/T=0.248
60'=2.078
330'=5.915
660'=9.060
mph=80.99
1000'=11.755
E/T=14.021
mph=99.64

4th Pass

R/T=0.312
60'=2.170
330'=5.919
660'=9.080
mph=78.65
1000'=11.764
E/T=14.047
mph=98.90

5th Pass

R/T=0.619 sleep:
60'=2.080
330'=5.808
660'=8.945
mph=79.38
1000'=11.592
E/T=13.934
mph=94.97

So thats the run down, maybe wednesday I might improve on the R/T and 60', and aim for mid 13's. Till then, its a waiting game and practise launches....

PS; clutch felt ok on take off just hitting 3rd started to grab"softly" the clutch did
