I can sell you one. Only $200. It is a black box with a button on it. I guarantee that it will change the lights within 2 minutes from pressing the button. note do not press multiple times as it takes longer...
Made by the same person that made Peter Brock's black box he sold a few years ago.

Talk was that emergency services would get a similiar device in Australia, but as per normal we will have to wait to technology is at least 20 years old before we buy it.
