Working on a rotational basis they have only recently been downgraded to the working pair, the previous pair having been relegated to the bin.......that been recreational work/duties, not my employment....

We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about. “Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”. |

I’d hope to not be caught dead wearing that particular footwear (?).
But this I can relate to ;)

New pair every year for years. Man they felt good on new. Do they even make these things anymore? |

Haven't seen ripples since the 80s (or desert boots for that matter - tried finding desert boots in the 90s to go with my safari suit for 70s fancy dress party). |

My dad was a kt26 man, then a new balance man. My grandpa is still a nb man. My dads a bit too dead these days, but my grandpa has the nb's as walking shoes. So 95 and still kicking. My dad also liked tracksuits, so puma tops and bottoms stuff. My grandpa, hes a bit more old school and proper. So trousers, shirt, knitted jumper yet the new balance shoes.
