I've stated elsewhere that I reckon the segment was paid for by the NSWRL and presented in that manner to try to upset the Qldrs before tonight's game.
The trouble with that is they just don't realise how Qldrs work - that sort of crap just galvanises them. |

I'd rather watch my own death than watch 60 minutes.

Haven't watched 15 mins of tripe interspersed with 45 mins of ads for 20 years.
There's been some classics, the bloke who survived 5 years in the Himalayas on a Mars Bar comes to mind. All very believable. |

Like most things on ch 9 a once good program has been ruined by commercialism . Paying people who have been convicted of crime to tell their side of the story ( the Corby's come to mind ) . I reckon if they were able to get exclusive rights to Bin Laden they would have done it .
They have made Origin a no no for those that liked to get together for a beer or two and watch the game, by the time it starts you are more than half cut, 8.05 or so against 7.00-7.30 in the distant past . I won't complain about the test cricket ad content though, after going to a test match ( gabba test ) the players would be up in arms if they didn't have an ad break . I reckon the 12th man did more running drinks out every other over an eye opener for sure . |

Haven't watch 60 minutes for 15 plus years, I was actively involved with 2 stories they did about trucks, one was Volvo and the other Ford Louisvilles and it is a **** program with **** journalists, they lie and edit to sensationalise everything, the Volvo one was a disgrace, bloody Jana Vendt was the reporter
Same as Today Tonight and A Current Affair, they all fall into the same category, ****!!!!!
