Hey,
Going for my full license tomorrow, a little nervous. Does anyone have any advice? anyone recently gone for it... Any advice would be much appreciated.

Pick the common sense answers and you'll be fine. Don't touch the screen more than once for each question. They're pretty basic but a couple you won't need to touch the screen at all, like, "touch the screen when its safe to turn right at the intersection" and there's cars coming out from behind other turning cars and stuff. I got one wrong. It was this right hand turn on a sweeping bend and there were no cars coming so I turned. Straight after I hit the screen a car came flying out. Just think extra careful
I remember one question about speeding up to beat 2 trucks doing the same speed. Just brake and move to the left for that question if u get it Dave |

What happened to getting tested in a real car on a real road ?

I think it's a case of a driving test (real life knowledge on the road), and the qualification test (computer-related crap) now...
don't quote me though, the RTA change their rules etc more than they fix these goddamn roads!... haha

Dqt is open license. Going from green Ps to black etc.
Red Ps is the only in car test now. Same with bike license. Once you're passed that its basically a revenue raising test and u get the bit of plastic |
