Hey, I was told to post this in here for some good help.
In my 6 stacker I have 3 cd's, which are taking up slots 4, 5 and 6. The others are empty. So I go load in 3 new cd's, one by one, and after some weird noises, I get them all in. Then I go to play slot No1, but all that came out where strange noises. Then I realised that it said slot No3 is empty, which it shouldn't be, because I put in a CD there just a few seconds ago. So I tried ejecting the cd in slot No1, but nothing happened, but for a few strange noises. So I am guessing there are now 2 cd's stuck in slot No1, leaving No3 empty. Any help on how I can solve this problem? And I really hope I made sense here, because I spent good money on 3 new cd's, and now 2 of them are stuck in one slot, not being able to play them at all! |

is your car BA? or AU? what we usually do is a changeover unit. Sounds like the cd player in your car ceased. once we change it over we can remove jammed cd's out and return to you. for pricing email me directly fadi@aslautomedia.com with your location and let me know if it is ba or au vehicle or feel free to call us on 0397991444 cheers fadi75

Oh, sorry mate!! I own a 2003 BA Series 1, XR6, Auto, with 160.000kms
My cd player works beautifully! All cd slots work perfect! I even put another CD in slot No3 and it works wonderfully! Its just slot No1 that doesn't work, because it has (after work of deduction) 2 cd's in it. I just want a simple way to get it out, or tips to get it out. I'm not going to spend big $$$ for a whole new unit!!!! So if there are no tips, I will just use the good old tweezers to get them out! hehe, not going to change the whole module, just for that! |

the proper procedure is to be opened up and remove cd's jammed. if removed the wrong way you might do more damage. leave it up to you. you seem to be confident with what you doing!!!! cheers fadi75
