mate i actually finished 2nd last nite. it took me a while,(bout 20 times) i got so frustrated coz i kept getting penalised for stupid things like hitting someone that spins off and comes back on.(need to get rid of the penalties or at least an option) I used the renault clio V6 thats been tuned by GT, crank the power up. keep trying.

The final race in the S series class, I just did it!
I used the Mines R34 Skyline, managed to get 3rd, I tried about 50 times or more!!! The game is worth getting becuase all your cars, cash and licences go towards the real game. Now that i've finished it I'm taking it and NFS pro street (crap game) in JB's so I can get GTAIV for free! |

lotus elise with GT tuning
rather than using overpowered cars and winding the tuning down, use the smaller cars and wind em up and pull the weight down. tracks like suzuka change your gearbox settings to more acceleration because there is only that one long straight and you will get out of the corners better |

PERSONALLY - Graphics etc are stunning! I actually dont enjoy playing it tho! Its too 'slow' in gameplay! Dont get me wrong, its a wonderful game - Just not as enjoyable as I thought and as you can see from this thread there are a couple of tracks that are quite a pain in the a55!! My tip would be to head to YOUTUBE - I did that with Class B High Speed as that took me bloody ages as well! Watch someone that has done the race and follow their lines, etc. |
