this is getting too far off topic, but as i put in the other thread - if he has broken the law, then he should face the consequences

many here are complaining of the exemption - he has the exemption to use the car for work, just like some people here and no doubt a few throughout the country. if he has been a bad boy then too bad for him, but most posts here are complaining that he has the exemption. the potential breaking the law part is secondary
