(Not sure where to post this question.... this looks like the right place.)
Just putting it out there to see if anyone has any ideas on how Hot Wheels can be better displayed. Whether at the general type shop, toy store, or anywhere else that sells Hot Wheels, their display is the same. Squished. I spent some time today (oh ok, quite some time) going through racks and racks of Hot Wheels. Hot Wheels here are placed on long metal pegs with the front of it turned upward a bit, probably to help keep these Hot Wheels from sliding off. Only thing is, there's barely any space between each peg of Wheels. I slid my hand between each rack of Hot Wheels to see what make/year it was, and in the process dropped quite a bit of them. I ended up checking 5 rows of Hot Wheels, each row with at least 7 columns of Wheels. Then, I spent more time putting back those that slipped off or came off each peg. So here's my question. Is there any other way that Hot Wheels can be displayed so that the make/models can be looked at without dropping a handful or more? I realize they can't be dumped into a bin to be sorted. |
