Custom Tune Missing?

Hey guys,

My car got a custom tune from you guys around 2 years ago. The car got supplied a capa flasher version 1 with the tune.

Now it used to light up the factory light then the three custom lights on the box indicating 3 custom tunes. Now the box only lights up F and P1. The car used to rev up and down by itself and now ceased to do this anymore as if the car has gone back to factory. Is there a fix for this or would i need to come in and let you guys have a look, i would assume the tune is still on file?
