Default Tune for E Series Falcons?

Hey guys, just curious if you do tuning on E series Falcons, in particular with the TI Performance J3 tuning stuff?

I've got an EL Fairmont Ghia with:

Pacemaker 4499s
High flow cat
2.5" cat back exhaust
ported/polished head
cammed
stiffer valve springs

and I'm running slightly higher compression with a decked head and AU Falcon head gasket.

I'm looking to get it tuned for 98.

Would I get any benefits out of a tune on these modifications?

You will always see improvement with a dyno tune over the stock ecu after you have done the mods you have done

The ti performance or moates j3 chips are very capable of helping you car to peform at it's maximum potential.

If your not sure about a dyno tune get it on a dyno for a few runs to see what the afr's are doing - if they run lean or too rich at any rpm then a dyno tune will benefit the performance of your car

I like the idea of the TI Performance J3 because they can now control transmission, they can alter how hard it shifts depending on how hard you are on the accelerator, which I like the idea of, because these 4 speeds are hopeless, it drives nicely potting about, but put your foot into it, and it thinks for a few seconds before doing something.

I'll get it done anyway because I've got a few niggly issues and I've gone this far, its not a good idea to do this stuff half assed.
