Yeouch.

And that picture only goes to show that helmets do save lives...

With no helmet, your brains would have been splattered nicely...

Glad to see you're generally ok though...take it easy, and put this photo in your pool room.

Good work mate.

I always say when I'm working on my car if I'm not bleeding I haven't done the job properly.

I think you should be promoted to CEO. ;)

Got some from yesterday when I was all puffy. I'll upload em soon.

Face has gone down a bit today. Most of the grazes are puffy/gooey as I had gauze thingo's on them. Keeping them off today and trying to dry em out with heaps of dettol.

Need to find some of that powder stuff as well but the last chemist didn't have any :

nice one.
my mate had a good crash at local park on saturday.
chipped one of his teeth, grazed nose/chin, hands.

saturday was also the first time back on my bmx after about 5weeks.
i tore a ligament/tendon? in my wrist. worrrrst.

also would like to point out that a helmet would not have helped very much with that crash, unless it was a full face.

i crash heaps, never wear a helmet. wayyy too tough. hahaha

i'd rather a Santa Cruz.. but 18k for a bike is a bit beyond my price range(a mate got 50% off a custom fitted - measurements taken and made to fit - canondale dH bike, lucky bastard though it was still 7.5k)
