Those burgers are big but atleast they look like burgers. (except for maybe the OP chicken bun one lol)
As far as heart attacks go the old Mcdonalds double pounder still would hold the title I would think |

I'd like to have a carck at the $39 monster there, i reckon i could get past halfway with ease, but dunno about 3/4. Done kilo steaks before with little hassles.
Done a "pounder" before but felt sick with all the cheese and grease, wouldnt attempt a double!
