I'll not write too much, best you folk read, re-read and comprehend what is going on here, and note that land title 'take-back' has been underway a number of years.
It relates also to the farmer in the tree story. The QLD land title business will be tried on in NSW, although- to remove NSW private and corporate land ownership will be a little more complex in parliamentary and constitutional terms. http://teakdoor.com/world-news/62610...-brigalow.html The RTA Inspectors situation relates to their allegedly being 'directed' to prevent people attending a protest in Canberra on the matter of private land ownership (freehold et al) set for Monday, 4 January 2010 apparently. Basically our Commonwealth and State Constitutions, and implicit items such as Magna Carta, and the Bill Of Rights of 1688 is under increasing attack. Some coverage on 2SM et al. http://agmates.ning.com/group/peters...-instructed-to

That's a frightening read!
So essentially Queensland is now a Sovereign Corporation with no Bill of Rights, where all people and people's lands are Chattel's to "the state" and everyone is guilty until proven innocent ...

In regards to the RTA matter, you have to be a little concerned that a State government colluded with either another state/fedral government. Makes you wonder what Qld/Fed's are doing for NSW?

Hang on, just read the first link... What a load of consipracy theory nonsense! These people really need a hobby (possibly one where there's less danger of Anna Bligh making the CIA read your thoughts through your microwave).., however it's typical of the sort of tripe certain members post up.

I do get the impresion that we now serve the government rather than them serving us.
People vote labour because they always vote labor and others vote liberal because they always vote liberal and as a result politicians can do what ever they want. I hear people in NSW complaining about all sorts of things about this state and when you ask who they will vote for next time they say labor (WTF) - it could just as easily be liberal (lets face it - they are pretty damn close really). but hey - the good thing about democracy is that you get the government you deserve. Australians have it to good to worry about politics/government (how many of you are members of a parties local branch????) - until its really out of whack |

english common law HAS NEVER given full ownership and rights to individuals and or companies who own property or land. even the magna carta had holes in it you could put your fist thru.
the crown can take anything it sees fit off you IF they say it is for -national security -ecological habitat and a multitude of other reasons take this example fed govt wants your land -fed gov law is that they need to pay you reasonable compensation (ie what they see fit not market value) -fed gov does not want to pay -fed gov gets state gov to take it from you -state gov can take it and not pay you as no such law exists at state level -land is reclaimed from state gov by federal govt -no compensation paid. just because they don't do it often doesnt mean it cant be done. technically, freehold does not exist. |
