Now that the third season of this crap has hit the TV's of Australia I am left wondering this question...
"Have any AFF members tried out for the show?" I'm not interested in your brother's uncle's third cousin who drank beer with Shannon Noll who told to drive home drunk, has anyone PERSONALLY tried out for the show? Well include sisters if they are hot and aged between 16-25.. And remember.. THIS THREAD IS USELESS WITHOUT PICS!! Dan..

It's probably easier to find someone who's tried out than someone who's gonna watch it.

I watch the Idol additions cause its heaps funny especially American Idol with that Simon guy. Australian Idol will less funny without Dicko. Other than the auditions i DGAF. I cant sing, hell i know i cant sing so thats why i keep my **** off the stage. Some of these people should actually tape themselves before even trying. But then again i would have anythn to laugh about in that show then.

I remember seeing the Jim Carey film "The Truman Show" and thinking how sad it would be to have to become a voyeur into other peoples lives to escape one's own. And yet here "we" are.........

Channel 10, rolling out the dross once again. Big Brothel and Australian Idiot running at the same time?! It's not about trying to find the next star, it's about selling phone calls!!
I wonder if Channel 10 have shares in Telstra. :P |

I can't stand that show! It's in its 3rd season so wouldnt most of the contestants be just people that weren't good enough for the first two series?
I did watch the first show though and it went on about how successfull the previous winners were, what a load of crap. I haven't seen any Guy Sebastian or Casey Donovan songs/albums released recently... Although it was damn funny when Kyle got stuck into that guy, he was devostated haha |

Besides, considering they rarely do any of the sort of style of music I prefer, I doubt I'll bother watching it this year, unless I'm REALLY bored AND it's the only channel I can recieve AND I can't turn off the TV AND somebody has rigged it so I can't shut my eyes or turn away from the screen... :hihi:

Kyle is an awesome judge. I'll have to admit I watched the previous Australian Idiot's, and I'll watch this one too... and Dicko was my favourite judge because he'd tell them like it was, Kyle's even better. Can't wait to see more funnies at the other auditions :

My cousin auditioned last year after a night on the turps made him think he wasn't tone deaf. Went there (some weeks after drinking session) and got up to perform in front of Kyle and the other judges and started howling, literally and Kyle said to him, "Well, you're just plain !" My cousins reply, "Der! I came here on a drunk dare"
