The manual specifies orange coolant WSS-M97B44-D2 but I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know if yellow Penrite universal top up coolant would suit for top up?

There was a Ford bulletin about this in 2019. In short what they say is:
Ford does not have performance data for the multitude of engine coolants available in the after-market and therefore cannot recommend the use of any coolants except those approved by Ford Motor Company. Due to the complexity and technology advances in cooling systems, no one coolant has been proven to work in all vehicles. Ford does not recommend mixing coolants unless directed to do so under specific conditions with Ford-approved products. Mixing of engine coolants may harm your engine’s cooling system. Ford vehicles equipped with Motorcraft® Premium Antifreeze/Coolant, approved to Ford specification ESE-M97B44-A, require silicates. I'm not sure which engine you have - the diesels are fussier about getting the right coolant.

You can buy the ford motorcraft yellow coolant which supersedes R152c, about 50 bucks for a 5 litre bottle
