I can accept guys that want this stuff for looks (not my cup of tea but) but why do they insist on tauting the performance benifits of this crap?

That's because these spinners will restore some of the back pressure that most ricers lose when they install milo tin exhausts on stock N/A small 4s

what a load of crappy crap crap lol,wouldn't they reduce the sound and the amount of CM coming out, it defeats the perpus of getting a performance exhaust.

Yes, but it's offset by the fact that the target consumer are people who don't have enough backpressure in their exhaust anyway. I.E. 6 inch jobbies on 2 litre NA s**tboxes.
