Father’s Day is almost here. Give yourself that gift the kids won’t, instead of regret over a bargain foregone.
The patina on this lovely bottle of single malt ensures it will blend perfectly into your garage or man-cave’s private collection of indulgences. Savour quiet moments of reflection, whether neat or over ice. Will also swap for six new NGK PLFR5A-11 plugs. |

Why aren’t you drinking it, CB?
You didn’t go to the wrong doctor, did you? The original post caused me to partake the other night. I hold you fully responsible ;-)

That’s a good question, and an admirable effort by yourself the other night.
I have trouble knowing when enough is enough, so it’s better the cork stays in for my own sanity. That means more alcohol for those who can enjoy it on balanced terms. Whatever I advertise for sale, I try to present honestly, - think this is good value for a quality product. Looking forward to an eventual buyer having satisfied feelings as they enjoy it. |

Don’t judge yourself too harshly…..it’s a common problem!
Yes, this is a very good buy.

Remember Halloween was a Scottish tradition - contrary to popular belief, it wasn’t invented by K-Mart.
Celebrate the close of shepherding your rugrats around dubious neighbouring houses while they beset near-strangers for gifts of excess sweets. “Thank goodness that’s over for another year. I need a decent drink. Or three.” Here is your drop. Slàinte! |

If you drink “whiskey” please read no further. This is whisky, the progenitor of that debased American spirit.
Single malt is a selfish pleasure, or at best one shared with a few close friends for the sake of drinking good whisky. If you buy this bargain-priced quality drink and we hear you’ve taken it to a barbecue to be had with Coke for your mates, there’s every risk a proud Scots distiller will sort you. Don’t see this bottle as “cheap”. See it as yours; a wonderful saving that belongs in your life, in your cabinet’s top shelf NOW. Find your inner tartan; your Celtic neshamah. Glass in hand, quote your favourite lines from “Address to the Deil” as you contemplate that faulty ICC. Hogmanay is coming, and scarcely three weeks thereafter you have Burns Night. Be ready. |

Don’t go tempting me….or I’ll get you with my Knipex’s!

Have covered the car parts listed in my first post. But don’t be afraid to talk geschaft. I can use other parts well ahead of my need for a fine dram.

Boggabilla’s halfway to Yap-Hoon for me. What if I drink a nip of it every 100km while driving there, and you take over for the second half of the bottle? That way we’re both home for bedtime and nobody is too hung over. It’s democracy manifest.

This whisky is now approaching sixteen years of age. That’s a 6,6% gain over just twelve months!
Does your bank make that happy? Thought not! Proof your money is better invested in this bottle, than staying in the bank. |

Whose wedding? It’s a nice day to start again.
The squat design of Dalwhinnie’s unique bottle, makes it better balanced than many for doing the “bottle dance” - a wedding entertainment standard. Please note, this bottle of whisky is not sold with a hat. However the cost saving against store price will allow purchase of a fine hat to the new owner’s taste. |

Whisky on its way, Mr Mad. Delivery by ute, tomorrow afternoon.
No charge because as I went to bubble wrap it, I discerned the bottle was ever so slightly weeping at the cap. No apparent loss of volume. I don’t know if it’s a screw or stopper but this fault makes it unsaleable. Does smell like a fantastic drop, and hopefully will make festivities bearable. |

Bottle now in the collection of Mr Mad!
Transaction completed with many thanks for tolerance of my vague moments and general forgetfulness. |
