They are not marked, as incandescent bulbs are not polarity consciousness

Did you use blubs or LED's (LED's are polarity consciousness and may need to be turned around to work)

What can sometimes happen is that those aftermarket bulbs are half a millimeter out and the metal contacts are not touching from the circuit board to the light bulb.
You will have to take the panel out and put it on the bench. Good idea to check you have battery voltage and ground on the two metal contacts either with a multimeter or testlight.

I cut two little pieces of aluminium foil and fold them into the shape of the metal contacts so that they are around 1mm in thickness. Then simply place on the back of those metal contacts on the circuit board and screw the bulb in over the top. Everything then should be locked in tight.
