Default Air con problem - AU II

My Air con had been giving lot of trouble and I have fixed everything new and still it gives hot air. Upon going through the threads found out the way of diagnosing the error and it gives "E2" - a blend door problem. Where can I find this - Blend door?

This is probably not the best section for this thread but the blend door will be in the air box no doubt, which will be behind the dash and not real fun to get at. The blend door is a flap that blends the air circuits from the heater and a/c core. Just run the test again to make sure the error is still there because the diagnossis test re-callibrates the servo for the blend door and sometimes fixes the issue.

don`t forget to check the heater tap, if the vacumm line comes off the default setting is on!, get someone to turn heater to hot to cold and check if its opening closing, its under the inlet manifold...its hard to see from up top but can be done, or run it up on ramps and check from underneath.
