Default how to create a poll thread?

just wondering how to setup a poll thread. just tryed to by selecting it and setting the number of options but don't know how to make it work?

In the top right hand corner, you will see a drop down menu called thread tools. It should be there and then will take you through the steps to make a poll.

There is also an option at the bottom that says "add a poll to this thread". Use that and it's easy.
