Default Cars your sick of seeing.

Its not a bashing thread for other 'brands' of cars, just cars you hate for specific reasons.

First off its these lowlux bloody things. Theyre the most pointless use of a ute i have ever seen, and i think they look ridiculous. I even seen one with the number plate going diagonally on the back, cut to fit.

2nd of all is commodore VL's. Every new L/P plater has one, whacks some mags on it and thinks its the best thing in the world. I have 3 of them in my street, they give me the ИИИИs.

Anything in particular you dont like?

An ricer. Commodores that are driving by a fool, and even Fords for that matter. Any car with a driver that does not know how to drive.

As for the lowrider mini trucks I think they look great.

Probably just due high fleet sales, Auto NA XR6's have the best resale out of the entire range. Now in BF models, the NA 6sp XR6 models have the best resale so you'll find stacks of these out there now.

Or maybe just a lot of people like them :the_finge :

I live near Gosford and work in the Hunter, and its Commodore Country... but what's worse than that? Its povo country.

That means $999.00 VN Commodores with later model bodykits and mags in 4 different colours and 1 mag with a flat so its got the spare metal wheel on it...

:lookedat:

Why, of phukn why?

^^ That's a good point. I guess the one thing that I hate seeing are so many unroadworthy heaps, esspecially when they're being driven like new Evo's out:

A guy I work with has a fridge white 4 cylinder Hilux. So far he's lowered it, put 18's on it and a new exhaust. Now he says he's gonna spend $7000 on it to fit airbag suspension. To start with it was an $8000 purchase. So he's already spent at least $3000 with $7000 to come. It's still a bloody Hilux ute and will remain one. I hope he at least gets it painted as the white is a pretty dull colour (unless you get a nice pearl effect or something).

The XR6 is a great car, and alot of the buyers are private owners, its affordable, has plenty of good options, comes in a range of colour and certainly is worth the extra 5 grand over the XT. I can see in a few years time that the XT / Futura models will die with the XR6 being the base model.

I like them, but I'm at the point where I'd rather a ghia (or my suby)in 6cly form,to stand out from the xr6 crowd.
Obvously a good car because every second car seems to be one :P

Yeh go the grandpa car, 2 years ago those outbacks were on every corner in redneck country towns, sadly now they have demised and most people have upgraded to Territory's : Probarly coz they have no power or appeal about them. :
