Default this guy gonna steal my car?

On my mint condition 96 model LTD V8 I had a rear window regulator go.

I called up wrecking yard and bought new regulator. He fitted it for me for a small fee. I could see the guy on their own CCTV taking down details of the registration sticker????? seemed odd to me.

then he drives the car out and says. "its the nicest LTD around" I said yeah, then he says must take good care of it. Again yeah I said.

then he starts about how its loaded up with all the extras, its comfy, powerful and top nick (only 83000km)

Driving off I thought, a wrecker would have a field day with a mint LTD. So many top of the range parts that are hard to find, easy to sell. Heaps of e series around needing parts and would love ltd parts

is he gonna pinch my car or what?
