Hi all.
This is my first post here. I just purchased an 03 Automatic XR8 on Friday. It has Herrod Enhancements with it and I am trying to find out what the actual enhancments are. It has the Herrod leather interior, rear wing spoiler, and 18" rims, momo wheel and gear stick knob. Is there a way to tell if it has any other mods, like engine or exhaust? The motor company I purchased it from cannot tell me. I have attached the pictures that were on carsales.com.au for you to look at. Engine Front Back Side Interior Thanks a lot. First of all, welcome aboard!
As for the mods....maybe you could ring herrods, supply them with your rego details and see if they still have your car on the books. |

Welcome mate, look's like it has more cosmetic stuff from Herrod's than go fast bit's like the rear wing and interior, look's like the original exhaust although it's hard to see the extractor's. but your best bet would be to contact the Master.

Hi mate, looks like the car is stock except for the leather seats,wing and the badges. They are a great car mate hope you enjoy yours half as much as i do mine.

Looks like a pod air filter setup from here. I cant be sure though, I dont know ba's or xr's but its def not the same as the au2. Nice ride though, whatever it is. Cheers JB |

Yep, all BA XR8's have the conical filter setup a la GT.
XR6,6T,220 V8, F6 and standard 6 have the airbox.

Thanks everyone for your input.
I love this car. It only has 20k on clock, and everything is still so new. No noises, no rattles.... My wife thinks Im obsessed lol. In fact, when Jennie (my wife) says she needs to go pick something up, or go down the street, I am always eager to do these things now, as I just love firing my baby up and cruising.... I dont believe there any any Herrod Falcons in SHepparton, but I could be wrong. Anyway I am calling Herrods to arrange a Stealth and custom tune, so it will be interesting to see what she can do.
