If you are talking about the ones you put through the printer and do yourself, you can get them at officeworks.
I wouldn't recommend them though, I did one the other day and all the parts that aren't the actual image come through yellowish, and it would wear off after a few washes...

You can buy the special transfer paper and print them using your standard printer, then iron them onto shirts.

The missus made some up for her hens night and they lasted a while
