Default DBA street VS 400 series?

whats the performance advantage of:

4000 series 6x6 wiper slot compared to the street series slotted?

4000 series XS compared to the street series "gold"?

vehicle is a 2001 AUII XR6 ute

and is the performance gain worth the increase in price?

There is very minimal performance gain if any between a slotted disc and a xdrilled disc and really is purely for looks .The 4000 series over the street series is a benefit on the track but is not as noticable on everyday driving. Most people will run the 4000 series as it is a better quality rotor and in some cases less wearable but this also depends on the brake pads and how the car is driven.
