Definitely november sometime...

Thought, maybe best if we all stay in same hotel, get a group rate...

One thing to be careful of in Coffs is are hotels lowered car friendly...

I know one or two that are, and have quiet secluded carparks....

Thoughts?

As long as by secluded you don't mean "Shonky bogan run dump", then it sounds good.
I'd be happy with whatever, I could get by with a caravan park.

Following Mick's post...

Dates, who would Prefer the weekend of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th, The 9th, 10th and 11th, or the 16th, 17th, and 18th of November.

I will make a few phone calls later in the week regarding accomodation, see if I can organsie some deals, though ill need to have a rough idea of numbers, what I think I will do is get a few quotes for a few different places and supply you guys the information and let you sort accomodation out yourself.

So far members that have Expressed their Interest include:

QLD
84RGE - Mick
TUF240 - Michael
Dave XR - Dave
f6 typhoon - Chris
RACE38 - Phil
BluXr6 - Jeff
Burnedout
black mummba

NSW
Bluehoon - Ben
Grum - Greg
Airmon - Clay
Ruger - George
John_xr6t - John
XRDRIFT - Pete

As a incentive for the QLDers I have been assure by Bluehoon that he is definately bringing a large supply of Krspy Kremes.

We have found some accommodation here, that looks the goods.
http://www.parkbeachholidaypark.com.au/
Close to all major gear in coffs, and walking distance from shops, beach, and restaurants...
If we take a cabin (or three), and pile everyone in, it works out to be $20 per head, per night for accommodation. Thats for a fully air conditioned cabin, with showers and full facilities. The works, have a look at website...

It's not the rits, or hyatt, but good accommodation..

Inc 3 (worst case scenario) tanks fuel, accommodation and the rest, you would comfortably get away with this weekend for $400.00. Thats food, booze and spending... The whole lot, lock stock and barrell.

Thought and comments welcome, lets see if we can bolster the numbers some more..!

Note: All AFF Members are more then welcome!

Cheers
Ben

Is there a drag strip nearby? I'd come down for a hit-out or something car orientated to do but not just to drive down and hit the bottle :P

2nd 3rd 4th is All Ford Day in Wagga Wagga which I shall be attending, so 9th 10th 11th would be perfect as I shall just get the 2 weeks off and have an All Ford Holiday! : :

Park Beach Holiday Park.

Pretty clear...

Cabins make it cheaper, and more affordable for everyone. I don't see an issue if people want a formal hotel, their call. Probably miss most of the fun and shenanigans but...

Tibbo - good point. No drags or anything alike at Coffs. It's a placid tourist destination. There is go karting, beaches, para sailing, jet ski's, and all the good fun stuff, a 1 min walk from this caravan park...
Can also do some cruising, I know some ripper roads up back of Bellingen, and the like... Could even cruise up to Dorrigo, awesome high country...

Don't see it being a up weekend (ok at nights likely, but there are some of us who don't drink as well), it's just a meet and some fun on the weekend.

Cheers

I've got a Camper Trailer, able to fit around, say 6 or so under cover (insect proof) in a van park or Cabin park.

Comes with 80 Liter Fridge less a bottle of Black Spot Inner Circle.

“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.

For those coming from NSW, there is a wicked pie shop north of Kempey. Some of the best pies in the country. Very nice, warm, filling and tasty..

They also serve up wicked ice cream too, massive wads of ice cream on a nice crispy hard cone...

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...............
