Default I think my clutch is gone...

So I was driving to work in my AU2 XR6 ute. A bit ****ed cause I was running late. Fair dumped it in first around this corner, then shifting from 2nd to 3rd.. BANG. Clutch pedal went to the floor.

Clutch cable is fine. Pedal box is fine.

Managed to get it started in 3rd, and drive it to the mechanic near my work.

Any guesses as to what broke?

Getting pedal box, clutch cable and clutch replaced.

$800 in parts + labour.

Ah well.

Surely all three parts didn't break at the same time?

It was the pedal box that actually broke, but I'm getting everything done. May as well..

how did you go with the repair Pict? Think my pedal box needs replacing too. How much was the new pedal box on it's own? Is it a big job to change over?
