Default Exhaust & Pod/Filter for WS Zetec?

Hi Guys,

I have just got myself one of the last WS 3-door Zetecs. Love it. It is my daily driver but would like to look at a couple of subtle mods like an exhaust and a pod/filter.

Has anyone done this? Or know anywhere in Sydney that stocks for WS/Fiestas? I would imagine some of these would be imported from Europe?

TIA!
Greg

if it's anything like the XR5 Focus, (euro made also) you can get panel filters 'BMC' do one and so do K&N.

If you go to Autobarn or another such auto store they will be able to look one up for you.

As for exhausts, are you talking about a cat-back?

exhaust wise I have a mate based in northmead who runs an exhaust shop. He'll know if there's anything off the shelf available for them otherwise he's an EPIC fabricator.

Northmead Performance Exhaust (Hakan is the bloke's name)
96835688 - let him know Groomy sent you

Air Filter....the panel option would be your best just to replace the stock filter...but if you really want a POD style check out THIS page for K&N System. There is also some exhausts on that page too.

Thanks for the tips guys! I'll check them out and let you know how I go.

Cat back for the exhaust will be ok for my purposes I think, and yes, panel filter probably also... But we'll see :-)

Off the Shelf = Miltek
Otherwise get a custom.

i know Hitech Exhaust' are really good.

in terms of intake, my recomendation would be to get a panel filter, but if your into more seriuos stuff - i suggest a simota carbon intake, K&N apollo.
