Why not? If he did what he was accused of doing then he deserves to be in gaol. But the evidence present by the accusers was dubious so it appears he is not guilty and the High Court of Australia agrees.

Work was that slow today for myself and clients i spent a fair bit of time catching up on the social level. But the funny one was a callout from the girlfriend of the bloke who got sacked last week. She told me about her arguments with him about effectively not doing his job amd his weak excuses. She was pretty spot on. She isnt speaking to him at the moment. Later on i run into her and she was saying how she doesnt appreciate the sexual harrasment from one of the security guards. So i tell he he does that to everyone. Then she wispers she heard he also does dudes. I wasnt shocked, everyone knows that. She threw up a bit in her mouth when i said most us tradies have seen that blokes member. She asks how? He often is found in the dark corners of plant rooms rubbing one out. Her reactions were golden.

I managed to scored 5 truck kits at Bendigo swap meet last year but haven't had anytime to get started on them + plus the real one sitting by the shed.

Made my first ever dozen of Easter buns from scratch tonight. One of them looks a little retarded but I'm sure it will taste as good as the others.
Guess what's for breakfast tomorrow? Last edited by X-AHH; 27-05-2020 at 06:33 PM. |

Baked beans on toast? The unasthetically pleasing baked goods are usually some of the best.

Nobody has given me any Easter buns this year - often a customer does. I wouldn’t have even thought about it until seeing that fabulous image. They look really, really good.

They taste much better than the supermarket versions. Took me back to when I was a kid and my grandmother used to make her own. |

Very nice job on the Superboss. Noticed the cab must be modelled on an older Kenworth as it has flush mounted vent doors. Newer (younger than 71) had vent doors that stood out from the cab surface.

I never trust my apprentice on food places. He claims not to be a vegitarian, but ive never seen him eat meat. And so far his food place recomendations have been horrid. Today he tells me of a place that does pasta. Big servings, cheap and good. 3 statements that never can be used in the same sentance. Its either big and cheap and not good, big and good but not cheap. His recomendation was the asparagus pasta. **** that thats a no for me. So i went the spicy pork sausage gnocci. Its going to take a few more of these actually good suggestions before i trust his judgement, but it was actually big, cheap and good. The first time since most places shut down ive had a proper tick all the taste boxes lunch in ages. It did take a while but, they cook to order as opposed to scrape it out of a tub in the warmer that was made 5 hours earlier. A new place to add to my list. Still dont trust my apprentice with his food place choices.

I dont belittle him, he just cant tell a good food place from his elbow. And asparagus, well, as a kid my mum went through a stage of growing it and it grew like weeds so it turned up in everything she cooked. It was a traumatic time, i dont want to talk about it..

He's an apprentice, so probably couldn't afford most good meat dishes.
I'm not a vego, but years of being a student, a stay at home dad, and also unemployed means I hardly bother with meat. I like it, but the cheap meat is awful and it's meat for the sake of it. I like a decent steak done medium but that hasn;t been on the menu for years, so I learnt a lot of wordwide vego cuisine instead. I just bought chicken for the first time in ages and I'm blowing the dust of my mae ply thai curry paste tub (never opened) and a can of coconut milk. The best before dates are 2019, but 2017 was the last time I used to cook for a family, I haven't bothered since. It's been some salad, some bread, some rice or noodles and veg for me since 2017. 'Meat' for me is usually the occasional canned tuna, sardines or mackerel and it's not by choice. |

Driving around just after 5pm and having very little traffic. I love the lock down sometimes.

Update: What made me feel good today was my thai chicken curry. It's been a while* but it's great to have something that tastes so good that you eat it to the point of being totally stuffed full and also drenched in sweat.
* I stopped cooking it around 2015-16 because there was no point when cooking for a kid, and even before that my ex complained it was too spicy, and then no point when cooking for one later. It's been even longer (2011) since I had it at a restaurant: my ex's family were more tolerant of heat and all of them nearly had us out for their birthday meals to their local thai place by their choice and that's what got me into it in the first place. |

Well my fence paling replacement has held up for a solid week.
I was annoyed that the neighbours that moved in next door didn't offer to help or pay for it or take the ****ing bat out of the kids hand that broke it in the first place. But so far it I'm pretty happy with my effort. And yet they are still bashing against it From now on, any ball that lands over my fence won't be thrown back, it will be thrown out. If they break it again and their dogs and/or kids go missing, not my fault. If they damage my property otherwise, I will make them pay one way or another. No more nice guy, they are taking the ****. |

Terry my big Greyhound (seen above) had his first time in water at beach today. He's used to Kennels.
Always on lead as Greys can take off until trusted as too quick to listen etc Went great, he loved it!................. ......so much so he refused to leave the water!!! Took 5minutes and me with track pants rolled right up to get him.......haha : ) |
