i was trying to set up my first email account and after spending ages trying different names that were taken i thought "dave" my name "351cid" the best engine ever built ("351clevo"was taken ). "dave351cid" worked and i have used it as my online name for most sites since.

"west of town" is a common irrelevancy i use in conversations, for example:

the comment: "wow, you play some great guitar!"
the response: "well i AM the greatest picker west of town . . ."

the comment: "i had subway today, what a great sandwich!"
the response: "you'd best be careful you know, i hear subway's illegal west of town . . . "

difficult to explain i suppose, but most folk west of town just dont have a clue . . .

EL8TED being the word ELATED- i used to drive an el 2 xr8 .. hence the el+8 and ted made the rest of the word. Would of been real good if my name was Ted, but im Tim so close enough. Dosnt quite work make sense on my BF XR8 now though hence i have to exlpain this story a fair bit..

Erm mine was thought up quite a long time ago when I was in highschool, it doesn't seem to fit me anymore but at least it's original-ish.

Obviously it's derived from the word door slammer but I changed the door to dore as in commodore as in commodore slammer.

Dumb I know but I was young and dumb when I though of it, now I'm just dumb! :P

vanman was the first i could think of when the internet started and dial up was all you could afford ,made it my email ,and 75 is the year i was born ,and i own a pano .i use bigtez on 4x4 action and a different 1 for each forum bikes ,cameras ,fishing really should change em all to the same but meh
