+1 for die-casts as per other threads. Used to be 1:18's, but they are to much of a PIA to carry with you when moving house. So now its 1:43; my goal is to have atleast one of every model XK-???

Its going ok, within the last week I have got a XC Cobra, XB GT, a put a deposit on a XD Group C. My issue is that some models dont come in that size...ggrr

My ex-husband used to collect old lawnmowers. Some were quite old and many were just junk. Six months after we split up, he still hadn't come to pick them up so after seven trips to the tip with my box trailer they were finally gone.

AFTER THINKING ABOUT THIS FOR SOME WHILE . the only thing i could think of is . punches in the face . i have collected a few of them over the years . sometimes just while standing in a taxi quew .
the best punch/or punches in the face i collected was in a pub, with a girl on my shoulders . the punches were coming from the girls angry boyfriend, it wasnt fair , i was top heavy , and absorbed every one of them in succession .
i collected a few punches to the face that night . 21 years ago.

I collect BMX bikes and parts....Mainly old school stuff like that classic nickel plated Mongooses and the old Redline Prolines and MXII's. Some of the ultra rare stuff like Hutchs and JMC's are fetching an absolute mint these days. Back in the day I owned a set of chrome sealed bearing 180mm Hutch Aerospeed cranks, But I gave them away because I got sick of them.....These days people are paying close to 3 grand for a set of Aerospeeds in average condition. If I still had them today I'd be a happy chappy.

I have a comic collection mostly centered around Wolverine (I have #1 to 100) as well as X-Men, Spawn and a bunch of others, but that was when I was younger.

I have half-arsed collections of shot glasses, stubbie holders and foreign beers that are really only grown by relatives who actually think I'm a serious collector of these things. I keep all the Street Machine and Ford mags I buy but I don't consider myself a collector of these because if I miss an issue I don't worry about it.

But mostly, I collect heavy metal stuff - CDs (over 500), rare vinyl, demo tapes, ticket stubs to gigs I've been to (spew when I don't get a ticket back...), tshirts, etc. :sm_headba

I'd like to collect F-Series trucks, I've gotten to a good start already but somehow I don't see me being allowed to make it any bigger. :

Felicity says I collect empty beer cans/bottles... and then the recycling man comes every fortnight to take them away. :baby bott
