but that is really the only difference, the grills look very similar and so do the flairs and body, remember that was only the concept things get changed, also in the pics the lights have had the black covering put on them so you can't really see them anyway.

Well all I can say it is not the VE its way too small.

Theres a higher chance of it beeing the Torana due to it beeing almost identical in size.

there another pic here somewhere, that looks like it does have a back end on it, it's defiently no hatch wait up i'll get that pic up

I reckon this is definatley the VE - the Torana concept car was used to guage public opinion of VE.

I believe it looks a bit small but as some people say looks can be decieving. Ill wait to I see it but i believe it will look good. If it can still comfortably seat 4 or 5 people than thats all that matters.

Well it definatley isnt a yank car cause in the 2nd pic the driver is sitting on the right hand side and theres a steering wheel.

See on a different angle it looks bigger to me. The first pic makes me think its too small and the second (from the side) makes me think its big enough.

The front grille badge is whats stuffing me up.

Its looks like a Ford badge.

One picture looks like an oval and another looks like there is a round badge. Its stuffing with me too lol.

It IS the VE commodore - Mickey T has confirmed it - just don't say "what would he know/ whos he?"

Interesting, does appear to be a bit more compact in dimensions but on the other hand, the rims and wheelarch ratio lend themselves to a full size vehicle.

This will be one of the best cars ever built.

With the shrinking large car market, having a slightly smaller car might make it more appealing.

Holden has releasd some info on the VE in the weekend paper, slightly shorter & narrower than the present model, but still a large car. Six speed box a definite, fuel economy is the big issue Holden are going for and they believe they have the jump on Ford & Mitsubishi.
