CTP is what you pay with ya rego, in vic it covers you for medical between $300 and $500 only.
TFT or TPPD has to be taken out throu an insurer. TFT covers you for damage you cause to other peoples vehicles and to your vehicle if stolen. TPPD covers you for damage to other persons property as well as their vehicle. Full comp covers everyone.

ive got 3rd party fire and theft on both my cars, im 20yo with 1 claim, no speeding fines, the ea is a smige over $600 a year, and my V8 XB is just over $200 a year......work that one out!!

You'd have to be stupid to drive around without at least some sort of insurance. It's not really that expensive, especially if you ever manage to hit someone and it's your fault. It's less than $450 for 3rd party fire and theft on my EB Fairmont, and I'm 19, obviously on my P's. Steffo, you must live in Bosnia.

GEez Steffo the only time I have ever seen a 3rd party policy of that expense has been a 17 year old with 3 accidents and 1 disqualifaction living in bankstown.
