Well Ford are really turning customers away with their lack of service.
I am lucky I only have to wait ~3.5 months for my XR5T, The usual wait is ~6 months. As for the Mondeo, no I don't think it is a supply issue, there are 4 or so mondeos at Coffee ford just sitting there, the same ones have been there for 2 weeks. |

I agree with image, and I think advertising could be better.
As mentioned, the Barina is a name that a lot of people know and it sells ok, despite that fact that it is a piece of borry. Most people still call Ford's hatch the "Festiva". Ford should put Fiesta advertisements in whatever magazines 17 year old girls read so that when they do get their wheels, it isn't in a PoS Barina with a 2 star safety rating. The only Ford advertisement I have liked is the XR8 ute with Mr Frothy.
