Unhappy How to remove a pollen filter? anyone know

I have a WQ fez does anyone know how to remove the pollen filter as my one has a very wet smell, I have taken it to the dealer but they just sprayed it. Anyone know anything about wet pollen filters HELP PLEASE

Sorry can't help you. Best bet would be with the dealer or anoter mechanic

Open the bonnet and on the left hand side of the car where windscreen wipers are there there should be clips on the plastic and u can unclip them and the filter sits in there. Need more explaining let me know best I can do at this time because im tired
