Yep, but the poor car drivers are think they are being victimised lol
Wait until their cars are speed limited (like heavy vehicles have been for years) to not much over maximum posted speed limits. Yes it's coming. Already happening in Europe |

You could see this happening years ago with the push to sell automatic transmissions.
It would be very hard to control a vehicle remotely with a manual installed.
