Where abouts are the other 5 on the monash, cause I've heard a lot about em but never seen them? I always speed along the monash and never had a fine.

Also, they are not all speed cameras in that list, some of them are just red light cameras.

These three for instance are red light only..

That list has been out for years.
For some reason I get one of these emails a month for the past 5 years ... and it never seems to change.

Well Where are the ones on the Eastern????

I go down it everyday and many nights and have never ever seen anything but the 2 traffic surveillance cameras on the Hoddle St/Alexadra Parade signs.

Any more info on this???

Also this proposal for Point to point average cameras is just insane. We need to do what the Arabs do and get out in front of parliament house throwing Molotovs, rocks, and burning Photos of Steve Bracks into the Place....

I am just the victim of the email. Was in hurry and didn't get chance to add extra info. After posting I did note some inaccurate entries. Maybe we should have a thread to educate us drivers on all the fixed speed camera locations, one that can be updated etc.

I'm pretty certain those 2 don't exist.

there are 2 cameras on the craigieburn bypass, both are at the same place, 1km before the Cooper St exit (going city bound direction) in the median strip... pretty obvious place, no attempt to hide them at all.. dont know if they are operational yet, being a fairly new road.

They are inbound near the punt road exit and in the tunnels, apart from that I don't think anymore exists and if they did I would have found out by now

Some of the camera's on the ring road are monitoring camera's...i know the ones at Plenty Rd, High St overpass are, and a few more near sunshine

Probably to check traffic conditions and alter the variable speed limit lights

Yeah I'll agree. It puzzled me as to where they were but I've never seen anything.... Or received any "letters" in the mail!

Norlane, as in the boulevard is a red light camera, it may be one of those speed type cameras. If right next to tree adjacent to Product Engineering facing towards North Shore Road. The only camera I know in Corio is a red light camera, near the BP servo, can't recall cross street name, Purnell Road?

I am 99% sure there are no operational speed cameras on the eastern and if there are, they are not doing a very good job at all.

Ok, I gotcha. They're both red light camera only.

Gone back thru the list and seen that there are some ear marked for the Calder between Kielor Park drive and Kynteon.
I can already guess there locations cause i know that road like the back of my hand. And with that i'm guessing one will be very close to where i live
