Today is Armistice day. In 1918 after the Great War this was the official end to it. Many Men and Women died during this conflict and it is a day to remember for all.
May they rest in peace and may we NEVER forget the price paid so we could have what we do today. They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning, We will remember them. Today was also the 7th year since the loss of my mother, a day I will not easily forget. |
