Default series 2 v8 into a series 3

i have a series 2 xls ute that i built into a 347 with original heads with work and a edelbrock manifold. i have just got a series 3 xr8 and i want to swap the motors as the ute is no longer on the road. i want to put alloy heads on the 347, which ones should i use?

Depending on the cam the AFR 165s or 185s seem to be a good choice.
